TRANSFORMATIVE AGREEMENT : SPRINGER NATURE

Universiti Malaysia Perlis entered into a transformative agreement with Springer Nature in May 2025.

Under this agreement, UniMAP researchers can publish 20 open-access articles without any Article Processing Charges (APC) in 2025. The Transformative Agreement encompasses 2,300 hybrid journals across various multidisciplinary subject areas.

The UniMAP community can access a comprehensive list of eligible journals at https://www.springernature.com/gp/open-science/oa-agreements/malaysia/konsortium-sumber-elektronik-pendidikan-tinggi. You can use the journal finder tool at https://link.springer.com/journals to locate appropriate journals in your research field, including impact factor information.

The UniMAP community can optimize access to full-text articles from 2,000 journals published by Springer Nature, Adis, Palgrave, and Academic Publishing, covering the years 1997 to the present.
